We welcome all ages and all conditions / levels to our Yoga classes. Our weekly schedule is composed of a mix of Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative Yoga classes. The evening yoga classes include a 20- to 30-minute guided meditation practice.

Styles of Yoga Classes
Hatha Yoga
Literally, ‘the yoga of force’, Hatha Yoga classes use postures and breathwork to move and balance energy within the body. The word Hatha itself is a symbolic juxtaposition of the words Ha (sun/masculine/yang) + the (moon/feminine/yin).
Haha Yoga focuses on exploring and expanding personal limitations and boundaries. It recognizes that often the reason we ‘can’t do’ something are psychological or habitual, rather than physical. By continually working towards the edge, we find ourselves increasingly able to move that edge, expanding our capacities and liberating ourselves from self-limitations.
You can expect Hatha Yoga to emphasize proper alignment of the physical body and to evenly balance effort and relaxation.
Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa literally means ‘to place in a special way’. Vinyasa yoga classes in Thailand focus on synchronizing breath and movement, moving from one posture to another with each breath. These are an active and athletic style of yoga. If you are interested in yoga fitness Thailand, then yoga Thailand vinyasa is for you.
Yin Yoga
Yin is a quiet, meditative yoga practice. Yin yoga focuses on lengthening connective tissues and is meant to complement more vigorous yoga classes. Yin poses are passive, meaning you will relax the muscles and let gravity do the work. You will need patience to practice yin yoga. During these yoga classes you can expect to hold poses for three to five minutes. Yin yoga Thailand is the perfect way to relax after a hard day of adventure.
Restorative / Therapeutic Yoga
Restorative yoga classes emphasize less work and more relaxation. A restorative yoga Thailand class is perfect for students who are injured, stressed or ill, or who need to recover from a long day of adventure. Strategically placed props like blankets, chairs and bolsters allow the body to feel totally supported, relax and release. You can expect to hold these restorative poses for a long time in these classes and allow the nervous system of the body to reset and promote recovery and new growth.
Kundalini Yoga
Kundalini yoga in Thailand classes are energetic and often subtly challenging. The intention of kundalini yoga is to prepare the body for an energetic awakening. During these yoga classes we will focus heavily on breathing exercises and repetitive movement to stimulate energy at the base of the spine and induce a meditative state of mind.
Beach Yoga
If the weather permits, we have yoga on the beach every week. We will provide beach mats so you can keep you nice yoga mat clean and sand free. Practicing yoga on the beach is the perfect way to enjoy yoga wellness Thailand.
Meditation
At Marina Yoga we teach a variety of meditation techniques in our evening yoga classes including yoga nidra Thailand. We employ mindfulness, witnessing, mantras, mudras and mandalas, as well as sound-showers, asanas and pranayama techniques to develop sharper concentration, seeking a single-point focus, at which point meditation might happen.

The class last 90 minutes and cost 400 THB
You don’t have to book, but please arrive 10 minutes before class begins
We provide all equipment, so no need to bring anything. Please do not eat 1.5 – 2 hours before class begin
Daily yoga and meditation classes
Usually our yoga schedule look like this:
Monday 9:30am-11 am ( Vinyasa ), 6pm -7:45pm ( Hatha and Meditation)
Tuesday 9:30-11 am ( restorative Yoga), 6-7:45pm ( Vinyasa flow + Meditation
Wednesday ( if no rain) 8:30am meeting for Beach yoga 9-10:30am ( Hatha Yoga), 6pm Hatha + meditation)
Thursday 9:30-11am ( vinyasa), 6-7:45pm ( gentle Hatha + Pranayama Meditation)
Friday : 9:30-11am ( Yin Yoga ), 4pm-5:30pm ( Hatha Yoga)
Saturday 9:30-11am ( Vinyasa ), 5-6:30pm ( Hatha Yoga)
Sunday : 9:30-11am ( yin Yoga )
For Reiki Treatments I prefer to have appointments as it is one by one
